Equipment needed: Blender and jar (for storage).

Method

  1. Put the chickpeas, garlic, olive oil and tahini into the blender.

  2. Add the ground cumin and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Grate the zest of the lemon and add into the blender along with the juice.

  4. Blend until super-smooth. Serve and enjoy.
