Lin Yu-lin is a Taiwanese businessman who has a net worth of $6 billion. Lin Yu-lin is one of Taipei's richest landlords. Lin Yu-lin is the owner of Exchange Square I and II in the Taiwanese capital's prestigious Xinyi district.
Apart from making his fortune in Taipei office buildings, he has interests in the Hong Tai Group, which among other things invests in financial services. Lin is not the only billionaire in his family as his brother Lin Rong San also became a member of the billionaires list as of March 2013.
