He joined the billionaire ranks as co-founder and co-chairman of R&F Properties, one of the mainland's largest-scale real estate companies today. It was in 1994 that he united with Chinese billionaire Zhang Li to form R&F that is actively engaged in integrating real estate design, development, sales, engineering supervision, property management and real estate intermediary.
