Cook with Danilo Cortellini

FoodCycle Patron and Head Chef at the Italian Embassy, Danilo Cortellini is hosting a special live cook-along to raise money for FoodCycle.

Danilo will show you in real-time, how to cook a delicious homemade gnocchetti with baked cherry tomatoes and ricotta. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask him for his top culinary tips.

Don’t worry – you don’t need any special equipment and we’ll send you the full list of ingredients (along with alternatives), the week before the event.

All money from ticket sales will be donated to FoodCycle, helping them to support the most vulnerable as well as tackling food poverty and loneliness. Join from just £5 upwards – please pay what you feel.
