avocados (peeled, stoned and halved)

mixed berries

ripe mangos (stoned, peeled and cut into chunks)

dragon fruit (peeled and cut into chunks)

Equipment needed: Blender and bowl.

Method

  1. Put the spinach, avocado, mango, apple and almond milk in a blender, and blitz until smooth.

  2. Divide between two bowls and top with the dragon fruit and berries.
