Paprika Potato Wedges

red wine vinegar

floury potatoes (e.g maris piper)

sunflower oil

Equipment needed: Oven, baking tray and parchment paper.

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C fan/220°C non fan/gas mark 7.

  2. Cut the potatoes lengthwise with the skins on.

  3. In a bowl, mix the sunflower oil with the paprika and salt.

  4. Add the vinegar and the pepper, and use it to marinate the potatoes while the oven preheats.

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put potato wedges on it.

  6. Roast for 30 mins until crispy and golden, turning halfway to ensure equal cooking.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
